-A: You need to fill in an airway bill for all your shipments. Our courier will bring you the form upon your demand. In addition, you need to prepare a pro forma invoice for all your shipments except for documents. Different documents may be required according to the type of the contents. -A: You can ship your order to any country fast and securely via UKGS.

-A: The contents that are banned by the laws of sender and receiver countries cannot be shipped besides explosive/flammable materials, money, gold and other precious metals. Please contact our customer service for details.

-A: All your shipments are insured up to a certain limit in relation to the pro forma value. You can ask for additional insurance if you like. Please contact our customer service for details.

A: You can ship liquid or chemicals. However, you need to send the MSDS forms filled in English to UKGS Customer Service and receive approval before shipping. If the country which receives the shipment allows food entrance, you can ship food. Food certificate or a document from the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock can be requested. A: It is impossible to know in advance if there will be tax on a shipment because Customs are government departments outside of the control of courier companies. Please contact our customer service for details.

A. Your recipient needs to fill in a damage report form in case of any damage. When UKGS receives the damage report form and the pictures of the damaged package, our customer service prepares the file and works at its best to bring it to conclusion.
